LONGV Blackout

LONGV Blackout

ABGA #10705277

His pedigree carries 2 of my Able Acres bucks.........AABG Red Zone & AABG BDV Kick's On Fire.  He is structurally what I have been striving for in a black buck.  Prominent Roman head & hornset, wide based.....both front and back.  He tracks out wide and stops square....as seen in this off lead photo!  Thick, thick, thick topline that is strong and level.  Perfect on legs and feet. Clean teated and sound scrotum with no splits or twists.  Bite is dead on as well.

We are using him on a group of does that should kid out in December & January.  Excited is an understatement!!!

Losch's R.V.F. Polar's Mossy Oak 9.16 Show

Losch's R.V.F. Polar's Mossy Oak

ABGA #10670693

Mossy Oak is sired by SGR Polar's Copy Right, bred to a red & white spotted doe, Losch's R.V.F. Spot's Funfetti.  He was retained when we lost his sire.  We were drawn to this buck and decided to keep for a few reasons......... We liked his growth & muscling at an early age.  He is also good and square when standing & walking.  His color is just plain cool!  Mossy Oak has great breed character & is 1 + 1 clean teated with a good bite and full pigment.  He has been shown, has 16 points & passed both ABGA Inspections. DNA testing is complete.

Mossy Oak sired a buck that was 2nd highest gaining buck in the 2017 PA Livestock Evaluation Program @ Penn State.  His ADG was .75 per day.  This is what raising a meat goat is all about...........more valuable than show ribbons, in my opinion. Additionally, his buckling Losch's R.V.F. MO's Ironclad, has earned ABGA points for his rate of gain and ranking within the test.

We have an exceptional group of kids on the ground from our winter 2017 kidding. Look for Losch's R.V.F. MO's Blackish (Buck ~ lot #76) and Losch's R.V.F. MO's Black Betty (Doe ~ Lot #82) in the Fall Into Colors Boer Goat Sale on October 14, 2017 in Frederick Maryland.
