The Savanna influence is from the Dams side of her pedigree. The strong maternals, prolific milk production, parasite tolerance and overall hardiness of this line is seen generation after generation.

 

Her sire is a heavily dappled son of Fern Hollow Farm Red Ruger *Ennobled, acquired via LAP AI. Jam’s genetics are a smorgasbord of colors, with blacks, dapples, reds and traditionals.

 

Favorite Jam is more than a gorgeous coat pattern! She is a big, boldly dimensional doe that stands squarely on good bone. We have been raising registered Boer goats for 24 years. A clean herd is maintained by testing ALL of our breeding stock for CAE & Johnes yearly. Additionally, we vaccinate for CL beginning at 3 months of age and continue with a yearly booster. Favorite Jam tested negative for CAE & Johnes on 9/14/23. She comes with a current CVI. Any additional tests requested will be at buyers expense.
